MODIPER® A, C series

Functional polymer additive,MODIPER® A, C series improves mechanical properties, surface properties, and compatibilities of resins.

MODIPER® A, C series is an innovative graft copolymer, consisting of polyolefin as a main-chain and polyvinyl as a branch polymer, which is exclusively manufactured by NOF CORPORATION utilizing NOF’s developed grafting technology. MODIPER® A, C series can improve the mechanical property, surface property, and compatibility of polymers.

MODIPER® A, C series is a very useful polymer modifier for polyolefin, styrenic polymers(GPPS, HIPS, ABS, AS etc.), polyamide, thermoplastic polyester(PET, PBT etc.), polyphenylene ether, polycarbonate, polyacetal, polyphenylene sulfide and other various polymers or its derivative polymer alloys .


Features of MODIPER® A, C series

MODIPER ® A, C series improves tribological properties such as sliding property and lubricant property, scratch resistant, impact resistance, heat shock resistance, application properties of paint, melt flow property, organic / inorganic filler dispersibilities, and chemical resistance. MODIPER ® A, C series is useful for matting too.

Also, since MODIPER ® A, C series does not contain any halide materials, it does not cause emissions of dioxin.

・Application of MODIPER® A,C series

MODIPER® A,C series is applied to mechanism elements such as gear, bearing, door hinges, rails and others made by POM, PA and PPS.

MODIPER® A,C   is useful for gear, bearing, door hinges, rails made by POM, PA and PPS.

Also, MODIPER® A,C series is applied to electronic parts(connector, housing, chassis) and others made from PBT, PA, PPS.
