MODIPER® AS100
MODIPER® AS100, functional polymer additives, can reduce squeak noise and abrasion loss.
MODIPER® AS100 is one of polymer additives, which is exclusively
manufactured by NOF unique technology making graft-copolymer. The features of MODIPER® AS100 are shown below.
- MODIPER® AS100 can reduce the risk of the squeak noise generated when it is rubbed with thermoplastic resins by adding into Polyacetal(POM), Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) or Polycarbonate-ABS alloy(PC/ABS). Click Here!
- MODIPER® AS100 can improve the tribological property (reduction of abrasion loss and lowering coefficient of kinetic friction) by adding into thermoplastic resins such as POM or Polyamide(PA). Click Here!
- MODIPER® AS100 is environment friendly in order not to contain halogenated compound.
Usage of MODIPER® AS100
MODIPER® AS100 is useful for lubricant polymer additive of car interior such as room mirror and arm rest and copier parts such as plastic gear, since it can prevent squeak noise and improve tribological property of plastics.
