DO-MA is made from carbon dioxide in the air.

Global warming is a serious problem that we must take responsibility for solving. Since carbon dioxide is a major cause of the global warming, it is very important to increasing of carbon dioxide in the air. Although it goes without saying that we need to reduce our carbon footprint, we propose another solution, that is artificial consumption of carbon dioxide in the air. As you know, plant photosynthesis is most useful for carbon dioxide consumption. However, the earth's area is limited. You can't rely on plants alone.

That is why we thought of artificial carbon dioxide consumption. Our new monomer, DO-MA is made from carbon dioxide in the air. About 0.3kg of carbon dioxide in the air is reduced to produce 1kg of DO-MA.This monomer can be used for urethane polymer such as coating material.

This may be a small solution, but we sincerely would like to contribute to environment of the earth and bright future of the next generation.
