COATSOME®
SS-Lipid, is a novel ionizable lipid platform for nucleic acid
delivery composed of biodegradable lipids. The use of SS-Lipids as a
cancer vaccine will be presented along with insights into mechanisms
of toxicity of ionizable lipids and interaction with components of
the immune system.
