NOF’s binders for printing conductive paste and ceramic molding are based on acrylic polymers. A variety of molecular designs are possible according to the application.
For printing conductive paste use, our binders can be used to obtain appropriate printing properties by giving a suitable level of thixotropy to pastes, that achieves the suppression of acrylic thread-forming problem.
For ceramic molding use, our binders can be dissolved in various solvents, allowing for high strength and uniform molding.
In addition, our binders offer advantages such as having an excellent thermal decomposition property, resulting in low carbon residue and the ability to lower sintering temperature.

MARPROOF™ AM-515
Binder additive for metal paste
MARPROOF™ AM-515 is an adhesion improver for metal conductive paste for screen printing. AM-515 is highly compatible with ethyl cellulose, which is used as a binder for screen printing paste. The use of AM-515 together with ethyl cellulose can improve adhesion with substrate sheets. In addition, AM-515 provides a good thermal decomposition property because it is based on acrylic polymer.
