NOF®-ALLOY KA series

NOF®-ALLOY KA series are the novel type anti-scratch improvers which are exclusively manufactured by NOF CORPORATION based on unique NOF’s radical grafting technology. They have the following characteristics:

NOF®-ALLOY KA series can improve both the anti-scratch and the anti-wear properties of various resins or rubbers, such as PP compound, PC / ABS, PC, ASA, PMMA, TPO and Cross linked EPDM.
NOF®-ALLOY KA series can reduce friction, thus the risk of the squeak noise when they are added into resins or rubbers.

NOF®-ALLOY KA Series can keep the appearance of surface, mechanical properties, thermal properties, and mold ability. NOF®-ALLOY KA200 can especially improve both anti-scratch and anti-mar properties on Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) while keeping the transparency of PMMA.

Applications

NOF®-ALLOY KA Series can be used for many polymer applications such as car exterior (bumper, pillars, molding) and interior (dashboard, door trim, console box), electronic devices, and furniture which have to be prevented from scratch, wear, or squeak noise.

Belt conveyer, vacuum cleaner (blush parts) and wire parts for industrial material can also be prevented from wear and scratch by adding NOF®-ALLOY KA Series.
NOF®-ALLOY KA Series is suitable for applications made from polypropylene.
